Tau Kappa Epsilon-Houston Area Alumni Association, Inc. (TKE-HAAAI) is currently inactive see this, however, with 20 alumni and $100 sent to Tau Kappa Epsilon's Grand CHapter, the Associtation may be re-activated, see http://alumni_associations. Also, the TKE-Houston Area Alumni Association, Inc. is incorporated with the State of Texas, the papers being kept on file with the Law Offices of Mike Valentine. Also, this website & domain and copies of the corpoater files, by-laws, past minutes, and other documentation is maintained by Charles H.
